At the age of 15 Dawson Gillespie was the youngest entrepreneur to have received the small company grant in the history of the Peterborough and Kawarthas Economic Development Corporation.

Skyview Images was born in 2022, utilizing 2 high resolution drones, and a variety of small mobile action cameras and a highly motivated owner.

Over the past few years, Dawson has worked with clients in the construction industry profiling their residential and commercial projects ranging from $10,000 to $15 million. While some clients prefer large scale views from across the property, others requested close ups for inspection, and profiling their workers in action 20′-100′ off the ground.

Skyview Images serves primarily Peterborough and Central Ontario clients, and has filmed for corporate clients along the Hwy. 401 Corridor and in Quebec as well. He has filmed for special events, and personal interest images. He also films for personal use in Northern Ontario, and West Coast in all four seasons.

Dawson is the sole proprietor of the Ontario registered business, with $5,000,000 commercial general liability insurance coverage, and Transport Canada’s Basic Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) certification for small drone operation.

Dawson strives to provide quality imagery in video or stills, that you can use in raw or edited form for project site layout, marketing, updates for investors and staff, or personal use. We can provide hardcopy, digital copies on memory sticks, e-copies via DropBox, Google Drive, or the Construction file-sharing site ProCore.
